This Privacy Policy explains the information Phoenix Edge actually processes to operate its website, membership, conditional Verity access, software licensing, and support workflows.

1. Information we process
Depending on the service used, Phoenix Edge may process contact and member details; Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and checkout references; TradingView and community usernames; consent records; referral and leader attribution; Verity account or registration identifiers, verification status, and review timestamps; and support or operational records. Phoenix Edge does not request or collect broker passwords.
2. EA licensing and security data
When the PhoenixEdge EA is activated or checked, Phoenix Edge may process a license identifier, a one-way keyed hash of the terminal fingerprint, terminal authorization state, MT5 login or account identifier where required, broker company, broker server, EA version, last-seen and check timestamps, and activation or security events. Administrators' approvals, license enable or disable actions, terminal resets, and related audit information may also be recorded.
3. How we use information
Phoenix Edge uses this information to provide products, verify conditional access, process and reconcile subscription billing, operate member onboarding, provision TradingView access, authorize one eligible MT5 terminal, prevent abuse, support members, maintain audit records, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Security and retention
Phoenix Edge uses access controls, server-side authorization, encrypted transport, keyed hashing where appropriate, limited retention, and provider security controls. No system is perfectly secure. Operational, legal, billing, and security records may have different retention periods based on their purpose and applicable requirements.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Phoenix Edge does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers such as Wix, Stripe, Microsoft, Netlify, TradingView, communication providers, and participating brokers when necessary for the requested service, security, billing, eligibility, or legal obligations.
