Membership Cancellation Policy
Phoenix Edge members can manage or cancel their membership through the secure Stripe Customer Portal available inside the Member Portal.

PhoenixEdge Bundle
The Bundle costs $30 when checkout completes and renews monthly until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals. Access ordinarily remains available through the end of the current paid billing period, and cancellation does not retroactively refund that period except where applicable law requires otherwise or Phoenix Edge Solutions LLC expressly authorizes it in writing.
How to cancel
Sign in to the Phoenix Edge Member Portal, choose Manage billing or cancel, and complete the cancellation in Stripe. The confirmation states the access-ending date. Contact support@phoenixedgesolutions.com if the self-service portal is unavailable.
Reactivation
Where Stripe and Phoenix Edge allow it, a member may reactivate before the effective access-ending date. A fully ended membership may require a new checkout.
